RYAN MCALLISTER 

Ryan has completed courses in the Gaiety school of Acting as well as completing the Programme for screen acting in Bow Street Academy under the tutelage of acting coach Gerry Grennell.

During his time at Bow Street he was cast by director Jim Sheridan in his film THE SECRET SCRIPTURE starring Rooney Mara, Eric Bana and Vanessa Redgrave and spent 2 weeks filming on location in Inistioge Co. Kilkenny.

He recently appeared in the film BLACK '47 directed by Lance Daly starring Hugo Weaving and James Frecheville. Black '47 premiered at the Dublin International Film Festival and has recently opened in cinemas across Ireland. He is also soon to appear in RTE's new drama TAKEN DOWN, due for release later this year from Love Hate writer Stuart Carolan, directed by David Caffrey. He has also appeared in RTE's 1916 drama REBELLION. He is currently based in Dublin.
